Tkbat Terms & Conditions — Read the Full Version in Bengali

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between tkbat ("we", "our", "the Company") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). tkbat is an online Sports Betting platform built for sports enthusiasts in Bangladesh.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. All services offered by tkbat — including Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, bonuses & promotions, and any ancillary services — are covered under these Terms.

1.1 Scope of Services

Tkbat provides the following services:

• Betting markets across 20+ sports including cricket, football, tennis, and badminton

• Bangladeshi payment methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket

2.1 Age Requirement

Users must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age to open an account and place bets on tkbat. We reserve the right to verify age at any time. Accounts found to belong to minors will be immediately closed and all winnings will be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted only one tkbat account. Opening multiple accounts using the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in all associated accounts being closed.

2.3 Registration Terms

• All information provided must be truthful, accurate, and complete
• The mobile number and email provided at registration must remain active
• Tkbat must be notified immediately of any changes to your personal information
• Keeping the account password confidential is the user's own responsibility
• Accounts may not be shared with or sold to another person

2.4 KYC Verification

For security and legal compliance purposes, tkbat may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. This may require a copy of your national ID, passport, or driving licence, as well as proof of current address. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Deposit Policy

Tkbat supports all major mobile banking methods including Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally free of charge, though the payment provider's own fees may apply.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit
• Withdrawals will be held until KYC verification is completed
• Withdrawals will be reviewed in cases of suspicious activity

3.3 Currency & Conversion

Tkbat processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). For transactions involving foreign currencies, the prevailing exchange rate will apply. Any charges arising from currency conversion are the user's responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first deposit. To receive this bonus, account verification must be completed and a minimum specified deposit amount must be made. Each bonus has its own validity period, turnover requirements, and maximum withdrawal limit.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

• A specified betting turnover must be completed before bonus funds can be withdrawn
• Only qualified bets will count toward wagering calculations
• Bets placed at odds of 1.5 or below will not count toward wagering requirements
• Wagering must be completed within the specified timeframe after accepting a bonus
• If wagering is not completed within the specified timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prevention

Tkbat uses advanced technology to detect bonus abuse. If a user is found attempting to claim bonus benefits without meeting the required conditions, the bonus will be voided. Members of the same household may not participate in the same promotion.

5.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

Once a bet is confirmed on tkbat, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, in exceptional circumstances — such as a match cancellation, technical error, or obvious odds mistake — the bet may be voided and the stake returned.

5.2 Odds Changes

The odds displayed at the time a bet is accepted are considered final. Odds may change at any time before a match begins or during live betting. tkbat reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were offered due to an obvious error.

5.3 Match Results & Payouts

• Payouts are generally processed within 30 minutes of the result being confirmed
• In the case of disputed results, the official governing body's ruling shall be considered final
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded
• A maximum daily winning limit per account may apply

5.4 Special Conditions for Live Betting

In live betting, internet latency may cause discrepancies in odds and score data. tkbat is not liable for delays in bet acceptance due to technical issues. tkbat reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds in live betting.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkbat platform:

• Match Fixing & Corruption: Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any event, or placing bets using insider information
• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or other benefits
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots, scripts, or any automated software
• Account Hacking: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account
• Money Laundering: Using the platform for illegal money laundering or transfer
• False Information: Providing false or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Odds Arbitrage: Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain unfair profits

Tkbat believes betting is a form of entertainment and should always remain within healthy limits. We consider responsible betting an integral part of our Terms and Conditions.

7.1 Available Protection Tools

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits
• Betting Limits: Set a maximum bet amount within a defined time period
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days
• Self-Exclusion: Request a long-term or permanent betting break
• Reality Check: Receive periodic reminders about your betting session time

Tkbat may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of these Terms & Conditions
• If evidence of fraud or suspicious activity is found
• For failure to complete KYC verification
• For legal or regulatory reasons
• For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period

Tkbat will not be held liable for the following:

• If a bet is missed due to internet connectivity issues or device malfunction
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider
• In the event of a service interruption caused by an unexpected technical failure
• If account credentials or passwords are leaked due to the user's own negligence
• Financial losses from betting — betting always carries financial risk
